　　From the perspective of various regions, due to TSMC's vigorous expansion of production, Taiwan's semiconductor equipment shipments reached US$6.68 billion, with a growth rate of more than 30%, making it the largest market; shipments in mainland China were US$6.56 billion, down 20% year-on-year. in second place.

Cao Shilun, SEMI's global marketing chief and president of Taiwan, said that as the semiconductor industry continues to increase fab capacity, it is expected that equipment spending will continue to grow in 2022.
